Problem
A statewide volunteer movement needed instant digital membership cards and district-level ops, not a brochure site.
What we built
App Router member portal + admin.greatindiaformationteam.com, MySQL, JWT, S3 media, role matrix (ADMIN / MANAGER / STAFF / VIEWER).
GiftIndia (GIFT) is a Next.js + Prisma membership system for Great India Formation Team — registration, Google login, Facebook-style community feeds, roles, and a split admin hub on Hostinger.
