Delete your Snapvy account
You can request permanent deletion of your Snapvy account without logging in on this page. Email is enough.

How to request deletion
- Email ennemmarketings@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Delete my Snapvy account
- Include the email address on the Snapvy account and, if you have it, your name.
If the app later includes an in-app delete control, you may use that as well. Email remains valid.
What we delete
- Your Snapvy account and profile
- Scan history and stored card images we hold for that account
- Credit-pack records tied to that account (payment processor records may remain as required by tax law)
- Your digital card and the visitor leads collected through it
Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verifiable request. Backups may take a short extra period to expire.
