These terms govern your use of Snapvy, the business-card scanner and CRM-lite product from Ennem Growth Labs.

Service description
Snapvy lets you photograph or upload a visiting card, extract text with OCR, edit fields, save history, optionally write a contact to your phone, and buy extra scan credits. Package name: com.visitingcardapp.
Account registration
You must provide a working email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify ennemmarketings@gmail.com if you believe it was misused.
Credits and plans
- Free accounts include 10 scans.
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions.
- Each saved scan uses 1 credit.
- There is no auto-renewal unless we later offer a separate subscription and you opt in.
User content
You keep ownership of scanned cards and the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content only to provide Snapvy to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Snapvy to scan cards you have no right to process, to spam people, to break the law, or to attack our systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Unused credits have no cash value except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise. Refund requests: email ennemmarketings@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment id. We follow Razorpay’s settlement rules and applicable Indian law. Chargebacks for legitimate completed credit packs may lead to account suspension.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
OCR can misread cards. You must check extracted fields before saving or contacting anyone. Snapvy is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Ennem Growth Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for amounts above the credits you purchased in the 90 days before a claim.
Termination
You may stop using Snapvy and request deletion as described on delete-account.html. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Theni / Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.
