Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ennem Growth Labs collects and uses information in Snapvy, our business-card scanner and CRM-lite app.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Introduction
Ennem Growth Labs (“we”, “us”) operates Snapvy. Snapvy helps people scan visiting cards, extract contact details with OCR, save history, create and share their own digital visiting card, and manage one-time credit packs. This page is the public privacy policy for Google Play and for Snapvy users. It does not require a login.
2. Information we collect
- Account: name and email when you register or sign in.
- Scanned card data: name, company, phone, email, address, and other fields extracted or edited from a card.
- Card images: photos you take or pick so Snapvy can run OCR.
- Phone contacts (optional): only when you choose to save a card into the device address book. We do not bulk-sync your contacts.
- Payment metadata: plan name, amount, Razorpay payment id, and status. We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Razorpay processes the payment.
- App activity: scan counts, credit balance, and support requests.
- Your digital card: the details you enter in “My Digital Card” (name, designation, company, phone numbers, email, website, address, notes).
- Digital card visitors: when someone opens your shared card link and enters their WhatsApp number to view your details, we store that number, an optional note, and the time of the visit.
3. Permissions (Android, user-initiated)
- Camera: to photograph a visiting card.
- Photos / gallery: if you pick an existing card image.
- Contacts: only if you tap save-to-phone. Denying this permission still lets you keep scans inside Snapvy.
4. How we use data
We use this information to run OCR, store your scan history, show your profile, apply credit packs (Free, Starter, Pro, Business), process Razorpay checkouts, and answer support email. One saved scan uses one credit.
My Digital Card and shared card pages
If you create a digital card, its name, designation, company and website are shown on a public share page (for example snapvy.ennemgrowthlabs.com/share/…) to anyone who has the link or QR code. Your phone numbers, email and address are shown only after a visitor enters their WhatsApp number. You can edit your card or turn it off at any time in the app.
A visitor’s WhatsApp number and note are shared only with the owner of the card they viewed, as a lead in that owner’s Snapvy history. We do not use visitor numbers for marketing and we do not sell them. Visitors can ask us to delete their data by emailing ennemmarketings@gmail.com.
5. Third parties
- Razorpay: one-time credit-pack payments.
- Hostinger: website and related hosting.
- AI / OCR providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini): to read text from card images you submit.
- Object storage (for example AWS S3): if card images are stored off the app server.
These processors see only what they need to provide that service. We do not use third-party advertising networks in Snapvy.
6. We do not sell data
We do not sell personal information. Snapvy does not contain third-party ads. Snapvy does not use the Android advertising ID. We do not share scanned cards for advertising.
7. Security
Traffic uses HTTPS. Account passwords are hashed (we do not store them in plain text). Access to production systems is limited to Ennem Growth Labs operators who need it.
8. Data retention and deletion
We keep account data, scan history, your digital card and its visitor leads while the account is active. You can request deletion at any time. See delete-account.html or email ennemmarketings@gmail.com with subject “Delete my Snapvy account”. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
9. Children
Snapvy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when Snapvy or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
